Thacker, recipient of the 2009 ACM Turing Award on June 22. ==================================================================== Call for Participation. The ACM IEEE International Symposium on Computer Architecture, http://isca2010.inria.fr/ , is the premier forum for new ideas and experimental results in computer architecture. ISCA 2010 will be held in the amazing, beautiful Saint-Malo, France, from June 19 to 23, 2010. Main conference highligths (21-23 june) The program of ISCA 2010 will be exceptionally rich with two main exceptional events, the Athena lecture by Mary Jane Irvin, University of Pennsylvania, and the Turing lecture by Charles P. Thacker, Microsoft Reserarch, 44 technical papers on all issues in computer architectures, two keynotes by Bill Dally, NVIDIA and Stanford, and Olivier Temam, INRIA and a panel on "La microarchitecture est morte. Longue vie à la microarchitecture" moderated by Mark Hill, University of Wisconsin. Workshops/tutorials ISCA has a long tradition of companions workshops and tutorials. On Saturday 19 and Sunday 20, a rich choice of workshops and tutorials is proposed.
