Dear Jochem, I can install the most recent version of Clean and then build and run the examples, and I am on 10.8. One thing to note, though, is that Xcode no longer installs the command line tools by default, and this could be your problem. To see if you have the command line tools installed, open Xcode (should be in Applications), and then, under the Xcode menu, choose Preferences. Click the Downloads icon, and then Components. You should see an option for Command Line Tools. If these aren't installed yet, you will want to click the button to install them, then hopefully everything will work for you.
