If the Save dialogue box is for the file with name
"LifeGameExample.prj", choose "Save" and a new
project will be created with main module "LifeGameExample"
and saved as file "LifeGameExample.prj".
However, "LifeGameExample.prj" probably already exists,
so instead you could open the project using menu "File",
item "Open.." and selecting "LifeGameExample.prj".
Or you could drag "LifeGameExample.prj" to the "CleanIDE.exe"
(in the explorer), or launch the "CleanIDE.exe", and double-click
"LifeGameExample.prj".
