Hello, I am new to the forum, so please forgive me if this topic has been covered. I did a brief search of the archives.
We are running CCA v. 4.1.1 for CAS, CAM, and agent (for wireless only - this semester). I have found that during some installs, the agent does NOT default to automatically "Popup Login Window." I was able to do an uninstall and re-install to get the proper behavior. Any ideas why the config did not default to enable the popup? Also, possibly a different issue, some users report that they were working previosly, but now do not get the agent popup. Could this be due to Anti-Virus or Windows updates? I am concerned because our students will be returning tomorrow. Has anyone run into this behavior from the agent? Thank you, Jamie Pogach Network Engineer Johns Hopkins University
