You didn't include the scan report. I have the typo in 4.1.2 But that isn't the cause of your problem
It seems in 4.1.0, the rule sets changed, and XPMCE and Tablet got it's own rule set. If your like us, and upgraded from pre-4.1.0 your requirement was set for XP_ALL, not XP_MCE&XP_Tablet&XP_Pro/home Check your requirement isn't too restrictive.
