Today we've had about 12 students whose PCs are all showing the same
symptoms: they hang at the "Validating Requirements" stage. We are running
4.1.3 in IB real-IP gateway mode, and we require the use of the agent. Most
of the PCs have been XP, but a couple are Vista. In all cases it has turned
out to be a problem with the AV software, and when that was replaced, the
problem went away. However, in that case I would have expected some message
from the agent relevant to that. Has anyone else seen a problem like this?
