Are there two 4.1(3) variants released? What's odd is that the process is running, but the tray icon does not appear. After killing the process and re-starting CCA, it seems to work fine. A (temporary, at least) workaround is to remove CCA from the windows startup folder and ask the client to simply double-click on the Cisco Clean Access Agent icon. If we uninstall the CCA 4.1.2.1 and install 4.1.2.0 on the client computers, everything works fine. After re-install 4.1.2.1 again, everything returned back - CCA 4.1.2.1 was not loaded in the tray anymore, only as a process. Anyone experienced this issue before? Thanks!
