I'm in the process of helping a student connect their Playstation 3 to the network. I have a MAC filter for the Playstation and I have unblocked the necessary ports on the firewall but the students is still unable to connect to the PS3 network. They get error 8002A535. Both are also getting an error that states "UPnP is not available." I've done some online research but am unable to find anything that applies to my environment.
