Hi,
I've seen this before in our out-of-band setup. We fixed it by going
to the admin page of the cas (http://cas1a.example.com/admin/) and
unchecking the box for "Set management VLAN ID" and "Pass through
VLAN ID to managed network" for both trusted and untrusted interfaces.
