If you are using Internet Explorer on Windows Vista, IE 7 may be restricting the use of the Cisco Clean Access Java Applet web client. To avoid this restriction and log into your network: 1. If using IE, please add https://cca-svr-10.radford.edu to your IE's Trusted sites. To do so, from the right-hand panel of IE, go Tools -> Internet Options -> Security. Highlight "Trusted sites" and click "Sites". Type the above website under "Add this website to the zone:". Click Add, Close, OK. 2. Or, use a different browser than Internet Explorer, for example Firefox. If you are still receiving this error message, your login session has probably expired. Please close this window and try to log in again.
