Just upgraded from 4.1.2 to 4.1.3.1 without issue. However the agent
download page formatting is messed up. The content repeats itself. if
you look in the html you see:

You can see in the emsg field of the download form the content of the
page gets restarted. Is this a known issue? Should I just call TAC?
