Hey Walt –

 

Actually, I found something online about it happening when both the wireless 
and wired cards were connected to a network. I had the support person disable 
the wireless and reboot the computer. It connected fine after that and then, 
after disconnecting the wired connection, it worked fine over wireless. Thank 
you though for your suggestion, I’ll add it to my steps!

Sean - I'm assuming that you've already tried disabling the "server revocation" 
setting in IE?
