Hi Sean,

Glad to hear it cleared up for you...actually I kinda misspoke there and
implied that we're using CCA to hand out DHCP addresses.  We don't have that
model here; our CCA and DHCP are separate entities, and sometimes those two
entities aren't in sync with each other, leading to the OS mismatch
problem.  Our CCA system simply passes DHCP requests through to our Lucent
QIP DHCP server.  So yes, Dennis' solution is spot on for a single instance
of this problem, but when the problem hit us, we had dozens if not hundreds
of people with that OS mismatch error.  Not pretty.  Usually this problem
will clear up on its own, as leases expire on the DHCP side and timeout
threshholds are hit on the CCA side.
