CAM-to-CAS behind NAT

Has anyone had problems managing a CAS via the CAM when the CAS is
behind a static NAT? I can add the CAS to the CAM using the NATed
address with no problem but if I try to manage it, the browser just
stares at me. If I remove the NAT and add the CAS using it's real IP
address I have no problems.  So I know the problem is NAT-related. It's
a simple static NAT on an ASA with "permit ip any any" on the outside
for testing.
