I just opened a TAC case. Sean is correct, filters under device management 
works fine. It's when manage a CAS, then Filters, then Clean Access that the 
"GUI" becomes unresponsive, not the CAM as I stated. However if you try it 
enough times (which I don't recommend), I believe the CAM will also become 
unresponsive. At least I believe that is what happened to us one day last week? 
Proceed with caution!  :-)

Did you go through into a server and then to filters > clean access?
When I just looked at filters under Dev Management it works fine, but
when I followed Howard's path verbatim, mine crashed as well. I think it
also has to be the 4.1.3.1 CAM as well.
