I just opened a TAC case. Sean is correct, filters under device management works fine. It's when manage a CAS, then Filters, then Clean Access that the "GUI" becomes unresponsive, not the CAM as I stated. However if you try it enough times (which I don't recommend), I believe the CAM will also become unresponsive. At least I believe that is what happened to us one day last week? Proceed with caution! :-)

When I just looked at filters under Dev Management it works fine, but when I followed Howard's path verbatim, mine crashed as well. I think it also has to be the 4.1.3.1 CAM as well. - Sean ---- Sean Hennessey Networking and Information Security Systems Administrator The University of Portland -----Original Message----- From: Cisco Clean Access Users and Administrators [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of William Blake Sent: Monday, December 08, 2008 10:14 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Question for CCA 4.1.3.1 clients Mine seems to be ok
