I saw that a couple of weeks ago, failed over to stand-by, problem went away. If you're doing Real-IP Gateway, your users are feeling it since all the traffic is flowing through the Clean Access Server (CAS). This was also the same time we were experiencing the CSRF issue which should be fixed in 4.1.8 according to TAC. I wasn't so sure it wasn't self induced, so I just attributed it to "stuff happens".
We are running Version 4.1.3.1 on the CAM and CAS in HA Mode. Saw this on the residence hall CAM, three pair of CAS, all three pair were randomly disconnecting...
