Joseph,

We upgraded from 4.1.2.1 straight to 4.5.  The upgrade went seamless with no 
problems, it took about 20 minutes to do both the CAM and CAS.  (We have 1 CAS 
server inline.)

We haven't had any problems with 4.5 at all.

We're running 4.5 (upgraded about a month ago). I just double checked
all of our Roles and I'm not seeing this.
