Hello,
We are running clean access version 4.5. I have a laptop with Windows MCE 
and Sophos Anti-virus (7.6.3) installed and the agent (4.5) will not 
recognize it as installed. We have un-installed/reinstalled the AV client 
and Agent, and still no luck. We repaired the Windows installation and 
tried reinstalling the applications with no luck. Does anyone have any 
other ideas of what we can try - with out reloading the laptop?
