Based on some bad experiences and the perceived user imposition, we've held off 
on
requiring the agent, and continue to run version 3.5.11 in-band agentless.

Rather than convert even this aging installation to 4.5.1 with new appliances, 
we, too,
are migrating to SafeConnect.
