Sean,

That is just a warning for you or your network group if you require
certificates when logging into CCA management.  Some people like to have
certs on the CCA MGR just to ensure they are logging into their own
system...it's possible that someone could impersonate the CCA MGR and then
capture sensitive data when you go to do stuff on your CCA system.  Here,
we've got ACLs to lock down access to the MGR.
