OS Security Patches

I have a general Clean Access question.  We have one manager and server that 
were purchased before the NAC appliance shift and one NAC appliance server.  
Besides the periodic software updates (we are currently on 4.1.3.1) should I be 
doing any type of OS updates to these devices?  I don't see anything on Cisco's 
software download page for CCA besides the regular software upgrades.
