After working with CISCO Support we have found out some things.
1. The CCA client only writes the Report to the server when the client exits. This can occur when the client successfully completes assessment or the client shuts down the window. 2. As long as CCA client window is open it will not write the report. So if you close the X of the client it will force a report to be generated. 3. If during the remediation process the CCA client window is open and the updates require a reboot it may or may not get the report sent to the CCA server before the client reboots. We were able test this out with a laptop here. David L. This is noticed when a user can't pass the login process and we wanted to see what patch is missing. However the user, mac address and IP are not locatable in the REPORTs. Any one else had this happen? CCA version 4.1.6 Clients are 4.1.7 windows machines. David L.
