Hi, We are currently running version 4.1.8 with agent 4.5 on the non-appliance CCA, and having trouble distributing agent version 4.6.2.113. After we uploaded tar.gz file, the Distribution page showed Setup version 4.6.2.113, but Patch version 4.5.0.0 (the currently distributed agent). When users try to download, the display indicates that they are downloading the new agent. But afterwards, they still have the same 4.5.
Is there a separate patch file for 4.6.2.113 we need to upload? Thanks, Richard Pastor Information Technology Services The John Marshall Law School
