After we updated to 4.1.8, I was confused by the new filter options - such as, 
in the Event Logs, you have to specify "text *contains* xxxxx" because "is" 
will never work (always 0 results!).  I haven't seen 0 reports come up on the 
CA reports screen - but maybe your system is taxed and the list isn't coming up 
right away?

By clicking 'Filter' button with nothing selected and then clicking 'Reset' 
button one more time started showing all the reports. Something is not right 
with reports API I guess.

Issue of someone logging in first time to check reports and sees '0' reports 
still remains. Has anyone else seen this?

Apparently when you login to check reports; Clean Access Agent --> Reports --> 
Report Viewer shows 0 reports! 


Last time it happened, by clicking the 'Reset' button brought back all the 
reports but now that is not working either. Any clue?
