Hi there, After we updated to 4.1.8, I was confused by the new filter options - such as, in the Event Logs, you have to specify "text *contains* xxxxx" because "is" will never work (always 0 results!). I haven't seen 0 reports come up on the CA reports screen - but maybe your system is taxed and the list isn't coming up right away? Karla
>>> Update: By clicking 'Filter' button with nothing selected and then clicking 'Reset' button one more time started showing all the reports. Something is not right with reports API I guess. Issue of someone logging in first time to check reports and sees '0' reports still remains. Has anyone else seen this? -----Original Message----- From: Muhammad Ismail Sent: Friday, October 16, 2009 10:11 AM To: 'Cisco Clean Access Users and Administrators' Subject: Clean Access Reports showing 0 reports CAM 4.1.8, Apparently when you login to check reports; Clean Access Agent --> Reports --> Report Viewer shows 0 reports! Last time it happened, by clicking the 'Reset' button brought back all the reports but now that is not working either. Any clue?
