Good thought . . . I know that I removed and reinstalled the CCA - don’t know if that would need to be redone . . . or how to check and undo if it is done.
I can see in the logs that it was fine one day then the next it was bad ? ? ? The only thing different I can see in the logs (other than the OS type change) is that Windows Defender is not being seen - uninstalled? According to the CAM the CCA mis-identifies a Vista computer as Windows XP Media Center Edition and therefore the Windows Firewall Check for that fails as it is looking for the “sharedaccess” service for ICS running and not “MpsSvc” for Vista. How does the CCA detect the OS Version? – The computer properties and “Ver” issued in the command prompt show everything as Vista. It is just that when the computer connects I get the what you see in the attached under online users. Any help will be appreciated and hopefully faster and easier that TAC.
