According to the release notes, the 32-bit version of MS IE 8 is the only one 
supported, both for the agent login :

and for the web login:

I am surprised to see 32 bit MS IE 8 is the only supported browser. But I have 
tested agent 4.7.1 with IE 6.0 and CAM/CAS 4.1.8 and I can login from agent 
without problem.

has been fully tested. 

It might work even with other browsers such as Firefox, or other versions of 
IE, such IE 6. 

However, the one officially supported and for which issues would be 
investigated and fixed is IE 8.

For people who have upgraded to 4.7.1, have you seen any issues with other type 
of browsers?
