we are seeing this error for a particular user.

"Clean Access Server is not available on the network.
Please contact your administrator if the problem persists."

we've checked that IE is running in online mode, turned off firewalls and antivirus and still can't get it moving
Its Clean access manager 4.8, any ideas?
