Folks, Now that Clearview IPMP has integrated, we can focus on the completion of the IP tunneling component of Clearview. Here is a quick update on what my tasks are in the short term for this week to get us started again:
1. Get the gate up to date with onnv. The clearview gate is currently synchronized with onnv_104. I've done an initial merge with Crossbow in a private workspace and am working out problems with IP plumbing and implicit IP tunnel creation that have resulted from this merge. I'll be working out the issues this week. Once that merge is done, I'll push the result to the gate, then bring the gate up to date as of this week. 2. Resolve IPsec issues that seem to have crept in during some merge with onnv. Erik noticed that punchin ceased to work with the clearview gate at some point within the past few months. Since we were focused on IPMP and were not actively testing the clearview gate, this went unnoticed until now. I'll look into this issue this week as well. After these two short-term tasks are complete, I'll focus on completing development and the remainder of the tasks on the project. We should also ramp up on testing again for iptun. I'd like to be able to run the test suite regularly myself here in Burlington. Xiang, can we make that happen? Thanks, -Seb
