That's right, the clearview IP Tunneling component which has not yet
integrated allows you full DLPI access to a tunnel link.  The IP
Observability component only allows you to snoop at the IP layer.

Vanity naming was integrated into ON back in build eighty-something, but
because IP tunnels in ON are not GLDv3 links, vanity naming doesn't
apply.  The IP Tunneling component of Clearview will make these GLDv3
links, and thus allow the vanity naming feature to work with IP tunnels.
