It's not planned at this time.  Due to the amount of code change to IP
(and thus risk) introduced by this wad, we'd need an overwhelming business
case.  We'd also need to rework a few aspects that may not be appropriate
for a "patch" release, such as the Singleton changes.

Generally speaking, link aggregation is more about performance and IPMP
is more about high-availability.  Nicolas Droux has a summary of the
