A heads-up to the test development and doc teams: this change includes a
minor change to the "ipmpstat -i" output format that will likely affect
you.  Specifically, the FLAGS field now includes an 'M' flag that denotes
the interface nominated to send/receive IPv6 multicast.  The old 'm' flag
remains, but no only covers IPv4 multicast, rather than both IPv4 and IPv6
multicast.  This change was necessary to display accurate information when
the set of IPv4 and IPv6 interfaces in an IPMP group are different
(usually when the IPMP group is being configured).

Further, while I was making this change, I reordered the 's' and 'i' flags
in the FLAGS field to read more naturally (that is, we talk about an
"_i_nactive _s_tandby", so the flags now read in that order).

I've updated the IPMP High-Level Design Document to cover these minor
changes (now at revision 1.12.2):
