Sorry, there was a typo below - you should add "sas_server=0.0.0.0" rather than "sas_server=127.0.0.1" to /etc/clearwater/config.

As I say, I'm not sure whether this is the cause. If it doesn't solve the problem, I'd suggest enabling lower-level logging on sprout by writing "log_level=5" to /etc/clearwater/user_settings (creating it if it doesn't exist already), and then restarting sprout. You should then get more detailed output in /var/log/sprout/sprout*.log. Please let me know how you get on.
