Thanks for your email. SAS is our Service Assurance Server, an optional diagnostics server that is unfortunately not yet available in the cloud. I think the issue you're seeing is that covered by https://github.com/Metaswitch/sprout/pull/60 - this was fixed last week, but is not in the stable build yet. The easiest work-around is to add "enum_server=127.0.0.1" and "sas_server=0.0.0.0" to the /etc/clearwater/config files on your bono and sprout nodes and then restart bono and sprout by typing "sudo service bono stop" and "sudo service sprout stop" (monit will then restart them).
However, this is probably not the cause of the issue you're seeing. Please can you confirm the response code from bono? I've never seen us generate 408 Not Found - it's normally either 404 Not Found or 408 Timeout - was it one of these instead? It would be useful if you could * add an /etc/clearwater/user_settings file to both bono and sprout, containing the line "log_level=5" - this will generate more detailed logs * restart bono and sprout by typing "sudo service bono stop" and "sudo service sprout stop" (and let monit restart them) * retry your registration * share the /var/log/bono/sprout_*.txt and /var/log/sprout/sprout_*.txt files (these are timestamped, and we only need the ones covering the period of the registration attempt)?
