Nour, Those logs indicate that sprout is failing to communicate with memcached (which is used as the registration store). Please can you check that
· memcached is running on the sprout node - run "sudo monit status" and look at the output under the "Process 'memcached'" heading · sprout is correctly configured to communicate with memcached - run "ps -eaf | grep sprout" and look for the value of the "--memstore" parameter?
