You say that M1 is the "old" hostname. Presumably that means that it's no longer routable? If so, that's almost certainly the issue - please can you update this in /etc/clearwater/cluster_settings and restart sprout (with "sudo service sprout stop")? (We're looking to remove the /etc/clearwater/cluster_settings file in the near future, so hopefully this won't be a problem going forward.) Please let me know how you get on. I'm pretty sure the config change you've made below is wrong - the port number in the log is the port from which the SIP message was received (i.e. Blink's), not that which you should be sending to (i.e. bono's). bono's external SIP port is 5060. Please can you check that ? memcached is running on the sprout node - run "sudo monit status" and look at the output under the "Process 'memcached'" heading ? sprout is correctly configured to communicate with memcached - run "ps -eaf | grep sprout" and look for the value of the "--memstore" parameter?
