Nour, We've seen this issue in the past, and it normally indicates that the ACK and BYE messages are not getting through from the calling party to the called party. After the initial INVITE message, sprout drops out of the dialog, and so these messages should flow from one phone to bono and then out to the other phone, without going via sprout.
What do the ACK and BYE messages look like? (You should be able to access these either from the bono log files with log_level=5 or from network capture on the PCs running the softphones.) The messages should contain Route headers indicating the path through the bono nodes. It's possible that the bono nodes are not recognizing the URIs in these headers as themselves, and so are attempting to route the message on in some way. Please let me know what the messages look like, and then can we figure out where they're being lost.
