Keller, It's good to hear from you. Rf billing is not currently supported by Clearwater, but it is a priority for us. There's quite a lot of work to do on it, so we're not expecting it to be available for at least a couple of months.
In answer to your questions, Rf events will report activity on both bono and sprout. As you may have seen in a recent roadmap update (http://www.projectclearwater.org/technical/clearwater-roadmap/) we view Clearwater working with a third-party P-CSCF as an important deployment option, although it's possible that we'll still need the bono nodes (with cut-down function) to act as a load-balancer - we're still working through the details here. Are you able to share more details of how you're looking to use this Rf function? In particular, which CDF are you looking at using?
