Good spot!  This is a mistake in the crest documentation, which I've just 
fixed.  libcurl4-openssl-dev works for both.

sprout and bono are actually the same binary, just executed with different 
command-line parameters to enable different functions.  I realize this wasn't 
clear in the docs, and have updated them.
