No, the MMTEL TAS doesn't anchor media flows. Instead, we recommend that the clients support STUN/TURN/ICE and your P-CSCF relays media if required. The bono node runs a STUN/TURN server. STUN lets your clients detect their public IP address (which may mean the devices can communicate directly) and TURN allows the clients to set up a media relay. These are combined with ICE function in the clients to agree between them which IP addresses to use (and whether media relay is required). I believe Zoiper supports STUN but not TURN or ICE (although I could be wrong). Do you have STUN enabled? Depending on the NAT rules, this may be sufficient.
