Thanks for your email. You asked why Clearwater is replying with TCP when your UE requested UDP. Clearwater's Sprout node puts its identity in the Service-Route header to indicate to the P-CSCF (in this case bono) how it should be reached. As a result, the TCP specified here is not how the UE should try to contact Clearwater. This follows RFC 3608 (http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3608.txt).
You also asked about the ports. When Bono communicates with your client it uses port 5060 (which is Bono's port that's open to the world). Bono then communicates internally on different ports to different nodes. Port 5058 is Bono's trusted port to Sprout, and port 5054 is Sprout's trusted port. Please see https://github.com/Metaswitch/clearwater-docs/wiki/Clearwater-IP-Port-Usage for details of the ports used in a Clearwater deployment. Which SIP client are you using? If the client is interpreting the Service-Route header in a non spec compliant way then this could be causing the problems you are seeing.
