The release for the sprint "Assassin's Creed" has now been cut. This release contains the following features and bug fixes:
New features: * Support added for deregistration Server-Assignment-Requests to the HSS Bug fixes: * Clustering instructions for homestead/homer up to date in light of Yojimbo release (https://github.com/Metaswitch/clearwater-docs/issues/13) * SIP interface specification page is out of date (https://github.com/Metaswitch/clearwater-docs/issues/14) * Monit is continually killing sprout (https://github.com/Metaswitch/clearwater-infrastructure/issues/50) * Sprout does not correctly quote IK and CK parameters when doing AKA authentication (https://github.com/Metaswitch/clearwater-infrastructure/issues/51) * Crash if a DNS record is updated and then deleted (https://github.com/Metaswitch/sprout/issues/414) * DNS cache expiry leaks records (https://github.com/Metaswitch/sprout/issues/415) * Crash in pj_atomic_inc_and_get called from ConnectionPool::create_connection (https://github.com/Metaswitch/sprout/issues/11) * cURL exception when sending request Homestead's /location URL (https://github.com/Metaswitch/sprout/issues/418) * Requests are PUT when they should be POST (https://github.com/Metaswitch/cpp-common/issues/42) * Can't run resize --finish on a chef deployment with no ralfs (https://github.com/Metaswitch/chef/issues/107) * Bono cluster DNS record includes quiesced nodes (https://github.com/Metaswitch/chef/issues/82) * Sprout incorrectly sends a 403 when it can't contact Homestead (https://github.com/Metaswitch/sprout/issues/286) * Tombstone records need a start time (https://github.com/Metaswitch/chronos/issues/6) * statistic.cpp contains a list of bono/sprout-specific statistic names (https://github.com/Metaswitch/cpp-common/issues/1) * Rename chronos.d (https://github.com/Metaswitch/chronos/issues/12) * Chronos in duplex configuration dies overnight with two registered softphones (https://github.com/Metaswitch/chronos/issues/11) The upstream_hostname configuration option in /etc/clearwater/config is now just a hostname, and a new option upstream_port can be used as a port number. Before upgrading to this release, check your /etc/clearwater/config file. If it contains an upstream_hostname parameter that includes a port, remove the port from the upstream_hostname parameter and add an upstream_port parameter containing it. Once that is done, to upgrade to this release, simply run "sudo clearwater-upgrade" on each node. If you have created your Clearwater deployment through the Chef automation system, you should also follow our "Updating the Chef server" instructions at https://github.com/Metaswitch/chef#updating-the-chef-server and then run "sudo chef-client" on each node. If you are deploying an all-in-one node, the standard image (http://vm-images.cw-ngv.com/cw-aio.ova) has been updated for this release. Thanks, Graeme
