Hi Olivier, If you could send on more information it might help? What is in your sprout log (/var/log/sprout/sprout_*.txt)? What does your REGISTER message look like as it is passed on?
You could increase the log_level of sprout by changing /etc/init.d/sprout start script (set to 4 and you get much more logs). ? James.
