Thanks for your email - very useful, and I'll update the wiki.  Please can you 
confirm the models you've tested on?
- Which iPhone?
- I understood QMobile was a mobile phone service provider - do you know what 
the phone model is?
- Do you know which Huawei phone model you were testing with?

Thanks for answer.
On all phone sets i mentioned except the IPHONE i have tested Zoiper, with 
Iphone i have tested Zoiper and media 5 clients.

Media 5 was better as it provide Sip traces to look into details what was going 
on behind.

Please let me know if you want me to test android clients other then Zoiper on 
below phones.

Huawei,
Qmobile
Samsung S4

i havnt found Glaxy yet however as i get it i can re-check whats updated status 
of it as well.

On Linux i have checked Linphone.

I believe we had issues as follows.

*         Zoiper on Galaxy Nexus in which we couldn't get media to work.  
Unfortunately, I don't have details on what was wrong here but our suspicion 
was that it was an OS incompatibility issue (at least at the time, the Galaxy 
Nexus was very new and was running the brand new Android 4.0 release).

*         Not all Android devices seem to support the native Android SIP 
client.  In our testing, this seemed to be a US vs EU thing - US phones tended 
to have the native SIP client disabled, while EU phones tended to enable it.

Does this address your concerns?  I've tidied up the article at 
https://github.com/Metaswitch/clearwater-docs/wiki/Configuring-the-native-Android-SIP-client.

Dear Matt and team,

I was going through supported phone set documentation and there is shown some 
phone un-supported, can i get the idea what was issue found in these phones.

I have tested
IPHONE  (Zoiper, Media 5 and some other Sip phone on iphone working fine) 
Video/Voice

Samsung S4 zoiper
Huawei Phone
QMobile

i have not found any issue with the phone sets till now, whenever there was 
issue it was configuration or something, can you please share what issues you 
guys faced in un--supported phones
