I am testing a feature in which case ims user incoming call is checked
against list of black list numbers and if the caller id is matching any of
number the call be redirected to voice-mail.

My understanding is not clear in this case, either we need to set
application server for IMS subscriber so that incoming call goes to
Application server first or we can control it via Homestead. If later is
the case how can we do it  in Homestead.
