Hi, You should use the same username/password that you do for authentication. (Note that this won't work if you use AKA authentication, but CSIPSIMPLE only supports digest authentication I believe).
If this isn't working, you can also use the turn workaround password (this specifies an additional password which will authenticate clients even without a correct username) - we support this as some STUN/TURN clients can't authenticate properly (for example, some don't support having a '@' in the username). To set this, add turn_workaround=<password> to /etc/clearwater/config on Bono, and restart Bono and restund (sudo monit restart <service>).
