Hi Trey, It's not possible to disable GRUU support within Sprout. However Sprout will only assign a GRUU to a SIP client if it includes a "+sip.instance" parameter in the contact header on its REGISTER request. I don't know if you have much control you have over the clients you are using, but if you can stop them from sending a +sip.instance parameter this would mean that they would not use GRUUs.
As to your question about getting Perimeta working with Clearwater and GRUUs, your Metaswitch support engineer will be in contact with you to discuss further.
