Hi Ashwin,

How have you tested whether the port is open? If you're testing on the virtual
machine (using netstat say), then this should report that the 5060 port is
open, not 8060. VirtualBox uses NAT on the local IP address, exposing SSH on
port 8022, HTTP on port 8080 and SIP on port 8060.

When using VirtualBox and the all-in-one image you need to use Zoiper as your
SIP client, and you'll need to configure an outbound proxy of localhost port
8060 (in the Zoiper configuration).

Hope this helps,

Ellie

Subject: [Clearwater] User Registration Issue
Importance: High

Hi,

I had downloaded Clearwater through OVF in virtual box ,installed and accessed
and got the username and password.

But 127.0.0.1:8060 port is not seen listening on the virtual machine, so not
able to register using the soft clients.

Any recommendations will be highly appreciated.

Regards

Ashwin
