Hi, The Homestead log you've attached shows Homestead shutting down but not restarting. Can you check that Homestead and Cassandra are reliably running on your nodes, and that they're being monitored by monit? If any services aren't being monitored, you can run 'sudo monit monitor service' to re-enable this.
Also, for Ellis issues, please can you attach the logs for Ellis, Homestead-prov and Homer. If you have multiple logs for a service (e.g. homer-0.log and homer-1.log), then please send both. You'll also need to turn on debug logs - you can do this by writing LOG_LEVEL = logging.DEBUG to the local _settings.py files. These can be found at: - Homer - /usr/share/clearwater/homer/env/lib/python2.7/site-packages/crest-0.1-py2.7.egg/metaswitch/crest/local_settings.py - Ellis - /usr/share/clearwater/ellis/env/lib/python2.7/site-packages/ellis-0.1-py2.7.egg/metaswitch/ellis/local_settings.py - Homestead-Prov - /usr/share/clearwater/homestead/env/lib/python2.7/site-packages/crest-0.1-py2.7.egg/metaswitch/crest/local_settings.py Then restart each process (sudo <service> stop - they're restarted by monit). The debug logs are created in /var/log/<service>/. Thanks! Once after login Iam getting an error called Failed to update the server. Please find the log files of homestead and homer attached to the mail. Anyone with any input.
