Hi Ashish,

We've not explicitly tested with Vimphone. It's based on linphone, which we 
have seen working, so I'd hope it might work (if it can be configured 
appropriately). Can you send me the debug logs of a registration attempt, and 
I'll have a look over it.

For your other issues, please can you send me the debug logs for the calls:

-          For issue 1: Can you please send me the Sprout and Bono debug logs 
covering from a successful registration to a de-register, and the number of the 
subscriber being registered (so it's easier to interpret the logs).

-          For issue 2. Can you please send me the Sprout debug logs covering a 
call from UE1 -> UE2, and the numbers of the three subscribers.

Hi Ellie/Team,

We are testing VoWiFi call  using CW IMS,  we used Zoiper as a SIP client to 
make a voice call from our real android UEs and we observe that the voice 
quality is very bad and MOS score fluctuating between 2.4- 3.2 and there was a 
significant delay in voice I tried to use Vim sip client and tried to configure 
with the procedure mention at your website but registration got failed.

I would like to know whether CW IMS supports Vim sip client or not and what are 
other SIP clients that are supported which can be used to make VoWiFI call 
using real android UEs as we want rule out the possibility of poor voice 
quality because of zoiper.

Few other issues I faced :


1.       Registration failing very frequently, means the same account 
configured in Zoiper  registered successfully and after some time automatically 
de register .

Can you please suggest some workaround to resolve this issue, any timer is 
there ???





2.       Configured three different Zoiper account in three different UEs with 
unique IMSIs but while making a call from UE1 to UE2, call is landing to both 
UE2 and UE3 i.e. strange .
Please suggest some workaround for this.


Note : We installed CW IMS as all in one OVF installation.
