Hi Kevin, Can you confirm that you have created the /log directory? This directory also needs to be owned by the service (so /log should be owned by Sprout if you want the Sprout logs to appear here).
When you undid the setting, did you remove the log_directory setting entirely from the user_settings file? Just setting it to be blank won't be enough. Also, can you check where the service thinks it's logging to - run 'ps -eaf | grep <service>', and see what the value of --log-file is? When I restarted, the bono, sprout and homestead directories disappeared from the /var/log directory, but didn't no show in /log. I un-did the setting and restarted and still no logging. I even removed and then reinstalled sprout and nothing. Any idea how to get my logs back?
